These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to any QuietProtector text messaging program that links to or references these terms.

QuietProtector may offer marketing, promotional, account, or service-related text message programs, including recurring automated messages where permitted by law. The program name and material disclosures will be presented when you opt in.

By opting in to a marketing text program, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional or personalized marketing text messages from QuietProtector at the mobile number you provided, to the extent permitted by law. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We will obtain any prior express invitation, permission, or written consent required by law before sending marketing texts.

Message frequency varies by program, user activity, product interest, account status, and promotional calendar.

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

You may opt out of a marketing text program at any time by replying STOP. You may also revoke consent by using another reasonable method recognized by applicable law, such as contacting support@quietprotector.com. We will honor opt-out or revocation requests as soon as practicable and no later than the time required by applicable law. After an opt-out request, you may receive one final confirmation message.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We may modify, suspend, or terminate any SMS program or these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time, subject to applicable law.
