1) STANDARD LIMITED WARRANTY (2 YEARS)
Quiet Protector warrants to the original purchaser that covered Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for 2 years from the date of delivery ("Standard Warranty").
2) WHAT WE WILL DO
If a covered defect arises during the warranty period, Quiet Protector will, at its option:
(a) replace the Product (or the defective component), or
(b) refund the purchase price of the Product.
Replacement may be with a new or refurbished unit.
3) WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear
- damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper storage
- unauthorized modifications or repairs
- cosmetic damage that does not affect function
- damage due to extreme conditions beyond intended use
- consumable components that are intended to be used up (if applicable)
4) HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM
Email support@quietprotector.com with:
- order number
- description of issue
- photos/video showing the issue
We may require you to return the Product or provide additional proof before issuing a replacement or refund.
5) EXTENDED WARRANTY (OPTIONAL ADD-ON — 4 YEARS)
If you purchase an "Extended Warranty" add-on at checkout, your warranty period extends to 4 years from the date of delivery ("Extended Warranty") under the same coverage and exclusions in this policy.
6) IMPLIED WARRANTIES
To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties are limited in duration to the applicable warranty period (2 years standard or 4 years with Extended Warranty).
Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranty duration, so this may not apply to you.
7) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
