1) SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We ship to the United States (all states + DC).
2) WHERE WE SHIP FROM
Orders may ship from our fulfillment network, including international fulfillment centers (including Asia/China).
3) PROCESSING TIME
Typical processing time is 1–3 business days (not including weekends/holidays), unless stated otherwise at checkout.
4) ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary by product and destination.
As a general estimate, many orders arrive within 10–25 days (or up to 21 business days), but delivery times are not guaranteed.

When available, you will receive tracking information by email and/or SMS (if you opted in).

If we become aware of a significant shipping delay, we will provide an update and, where appropriate, offer options such as waiting for delivery or canceling/refunding the order (depending on the order status).
7) DUTIES/TAXES
For U.S. orders, we aim to ensure you are not charged duties/taxes at delivery.

8) WRONG ADDRESS / RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, we may require additional payment to reship the package.
9) LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact support@quietprotector.com with:
- your order number
- tracking details
- photos (for damage)
If you purchased Shipping Protection, your claim will be handled under the Shipping Protection Terms.
