1) 120-DAY RETURN WINDOW
You may request a return within 120 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier tracking.
2) CONDITION (OPENED OK)
Opened products are eligible as long as:
- the item is returned in reasonable condition (not excessively damaged, missing major components, or unsafe to handle),
- all included parts/accessories that shipped with your order are returned (unless we tell you otherwise).
For safety reasons, we may refuse returns of items that are used in a way that makes them unsanitary, hazardous, or incomplete.
3) HOW TO START A RETURN (RMA REQUIRED)
Email support@quietprotector.com with:
- your order number
- items you want to return
- reason for return (optional but helpful)
We will send you return instructions and the correct return address. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
4) RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless we confirm in writing that we will cover it (for example, if we shipped the wrong item).
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt.
5) REFUND TIMING
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
6) WHAT IS REFUNDED
If approved, refunds include the product price paid for the returned item(s).
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.
7) REPLACEMENTS / EXCHANGES
We do not offer standard exchanges.
If you purchased Shipping Protection at checkout, you may be eligible for exchange/replacement benefits under the Shipping Protection Terms.
8) ABUSE / EXCESSIVE RETURNS
We reserve the right to refuse returns that appear to be abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with normal consumer use patterns.
